My journey to Kuala Lumpur took two days (at least 18 hours). It was one of the longest flight I have ever made in my entire life. We had a stop at Dubai before proceeding to Malaysia.
The water levels of Lake Nakuru seems to be rising every day. It has claimed back a big chunk of the forest. Most of the submerged trees have since died. Our attention was was caught by this dry part of the forest ironically submerged in the lake.
